I teach all styles of guitar — rock, jazz, classical, and improvisation — as well as bass guitar and mandolin. My lessons cover instrumental technique, music-reading, performance skills, arranging, repertoire, history, theory, and interpretation. I offer proven approaches to memorization, relaxation, posture, tone production, and preparation for auditions.
Students learn fundamental skills to improve their musicianship. Each student becomes a performer and interpreter of their chosen repertoire and style. I guide students toward the goal of guitar mastery. .
